List Locations Registered and their Group Number

If you are reading this, one of the following conditions exist:

1 You are not sure if you are a registered supplier with the City.
2 You are a New Supplier trying to determine what your location(group) number should be which is a part of your username.
3 You have forgotten your username which includes your location(group) number.

READ CAREFULLY:
Each Supplier who registers is assigned a unique SupplierID used for internal purposes. The unique SupplierID is made up of your TIN and Location(group) number.

Definitions:

TIN: Each Corporation and Individual has either a Federal Tax ID (corporation) or Social Security Number (Individual) used to file their Tax Returns. Both the Federal Tax ID and the Social Security Number are referred to as a Tax Identification Number (TIN). In both cases the number is nine(9) digits in length without the dashes which are not used in our system.

Location number: If you are the only business location reporting to the IRS, your Location number will be -00 .
Therefore, your username will be xxxxxxxxx-00

If you have multiple locations reporting to the IRS under the same TIN, you will have to assign yourself a location number based on the next available number. If location number "00" is already used the next location number would be "01" and so on up to 99 locations. If you observe a duplicated business address or one marked as "do-not-use (just means we found a duplicate), take and assign yourself the smallest location number being careful not to use the location number of another valid location.

Key in your TIN and select "List Location"

 Tax Identification Number:

   (Do not use dashes)

(Format if required:  xx )  IMPORTANT: Read explanation below

Note: When you select "List Locations" a pop-up window will appear showing any locations in our system associated with your TIN. When complete, close the popup (select the "X") and proceed.

Go to Supplier Update if:
you found your location already in our system. If you will be taking over a location that was a duplication or shown as "do-not-use" you can assume the password to be the same as the TIN.

Go to New Supplier if:   you did not find your organization in our system.
