New Supplier	You are a new supplier if: 1. When using the "Determine Location No." step you do not find your Federal Tax ID Number and/or Location Number. 2. You have been a registered supplier but your Federal Tax ID Number has changed. In this case you will need to update your old profile by deleting the Fax # and email address under edit supplier. In addition, put a note in the comments when and why the transaction was made so that we won't bother you again to update.
Username:	Your username must be a combination of your Federal Tax ID No. + your two digit Location No. separated by a - (Format xxxxxxxxx-xx)

Password:	Until June 21, 2003your Password will be your Federal Tax Id. Notices will be sent to all suppliers to update their profile. It is strongly suggested that you change your password as soon as possible.

Requests for assistance:	Before requesting assistance, please read all instructions. Your request will be handled as quickly as possible depending on volume of requests. If an email request is sent, the subject line must read: Supplier Tracker Help. Your email should include: company, address, contact, phone, fax and Federal Tax ID.

Your initial password will be your Federal Tax ID No. Please change! If you need assistance contact us.

Some time later this year any password not changed will be changed preventing access without contacting us.
